2. Even if, we are inclined to condone the delay in filing the application, we do not find any merit in this application because the acquittal of the accused is result of the prosecutrix (PW-5) turning completely hostile and even refusing to identify the accused. The application is therefore, rejected as without merit. Accordingly the CRMP is dismissed.
