1. In view of the fact that the order Annexure P-1 has been passed on the basis of an order passed by the SDM, Chhawani and the said proceeding before SDM, Chhawani is still pending as also for the reason that the order Annexure P-1 is also an interim order during pendency of the proceedings before the SDM, Chhawani, ends of justice would be served if the SDM, Chhawani is directed to conclude the original proceedings in which an interim order has been passed against the petitioner, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 3 months from today.

2. Petitioner shall submit certified copy of this order before SDM, Chhawani within a week.

3. It is ordered accordingly.
