Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that application of the petitioners for renewal of lease is pending consideration before the the State Government and the Municipal Corporation, Raipur since 2014, therefore, a direction be issued to the respondent authorities to consider and decide their

representation.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioners representation within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.
