1. Indisputably, petitioner's appeal against order of imposition of penalty of compulsory retirement is pending consideration before respondent No.2 since 09.02.2017.
2. The petitioner has rushed to this Court without giving reasonable time to the appellate authority to decide the appeal. No interference at this stage is permissible as two parallel proceedings should not be allowed to continue, however, the appellate authority is directed to consider and decide the appeal at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
