The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the alleged action on the part of the respondents in not permitting the petitioner to mark his presence and also the action on the part of the respondents in not releasing the salary and other dues payable to the petitioner during the intervening period. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has made repeated representations to the respondent authorities, but till date the same have not been decided by a speaking order.

On the said submission by the counsel for the petitioner, learned State counsel submits that since the representation of the petitioner is pending consideration, the same shall be on due verification of facts decided in accordance with law.

Given the said submission by the State counsel, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner both in respect of not permitting him to mark his presence at the present place of posting and also not releasing the salary and other dues payable to the petitioner during the intervening period. Let an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
