1. Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to get himself relieved from the present place of posting as Block Education Officer, Antagarh District North Bastar Kanker (C.G.) immediately after 23.04.2019 when the ensuing Lok Sabha election would be over in the State of Chhattisgarh.

2. In view of the above, the appellant shall be allowed to continue at Antagarh, till 23.04.2019.
