Heard on MCC No.494 of 2015 for restoration of M.A(C). 174/2012 which has been dismissed for non prosecution on 08.04.2015.

For the reasons stated in the application for restoration, in the opinion of this Court, sufficient grounds have been made out for non-appearance of the counsel for the appellant on 08.4.2015.
