This appeal is directed against impugned judgment dated 15.01.2018 passed in Misc. Civil Suit No.13/2017 by which custody of the children has been granted to respondent No.1/plaintiff - Nobel Minj. 3.
This appeal has been filed by the mother - Mrs. Abha Minj. It appears that the proceedings were drawn before the Family Court for grant of custody of children by the plaintiff and the and the appellant was not a party. The record shows that the proceedings were drawn treating the appellant as missing.

According to the appellant she had no notice of the proceedings which culminated in the impugned judgment.

The ground which are being raised could well be taken in review petition. On these grounds no relief can be granted in this appeal. 6.
This appeal is barred by more than 700 days.

In that view of the matter no indulgence can be granted. The appeal is therefore, dismissed as barred by limitation however, with liberty to move the Court below by moving application for review or such other remedy as may be available to her under the law.
