Shri Majumdar, learned counsel for the contemnors would submit that the petitioner has been allotted the land, though it is different than the one proposed and the petitioner has agreed to obtain the allotment of other piece of land.

Shri Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner apprehends that considering the past conduct of the respondents, his name may

not be mutated and he may be denied enjoyment of the alloted land.

If after allotment, the petitioner is not permitted to use the land or his name is not mutated, he would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.

The contempt petition stands disposed of with the above observation.
