HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet Cr.M.P. No. 519 of 2019 Rakesh Singh Thakur Vs. State of Chhattisgarh Mr. Rahim Ubwani, P.L. for the State 05/03/2019 P.U.D. has been received from the Court of Special Judge, SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, praying for extension of time granted by this Court for concluding the trial in the concerned case in M.Cr.C No. 5614/2018. This Court, while passing the order dated 20.08.2018, had directed the trial Court to conclude the trial within the stipulated period. The trial in the case concerned, i.e., Special Case No. 29/2017 pending before the concerned court has not been concluded so far, therefore, extension of time of two months is prayed for.

After considering the grounds mentioned in the P.U.D, the prayer is allowed.

Time for concluding the trial in the concerned case is extended for further two months.

The petition is disposed off.
