1. The limited prayer that the petitioner makes at the outset is only for a direction to the respondents No. 2 & 3 to decide the representation which she has made in-respect-of certain claim payable on the death of decease retired employee namely late Sh. Gend Ram Rathour.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits, so far as entitlement of the petitioner is concerned, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider & decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of

this order.
