1. At the outset, learned counsel for the parties would fairly submit that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the decision rendered by this Court in WPS No.360/2015 (Raja Ram Kosle Vs. Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd. & others) and other connected matters, on 8.4.2015 and the present writ petition may be disposed of in

the same terms.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Raja Ram Kosle (Supra). A copy of the order passed in Raja Ram Kosle (Supra) be placed on record of the present writ petition.
