Hon'ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey Order on Board 28/06/2021 The matter is heard through video conferencing.

1. Pursuance to order dated 22.03.2021 of this Court, complainant is present through video conferencing today. On being asked, she has made her objection regarding grant of bail to the appellant.

2. Her presence be marked.

3. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he does not want to press this bail application and wants to withdraw the same.

4. In view of the statement made, the anticipatory bail application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Applicant to surrender before the trial Court.

6. The concerned trial Court is directed to decide the bail application as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
