Order On Board 13/03/2018 (1) This Court vide order dated 03.10.2017 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 1610 of 2017 while disposing of the petition, directed that the petitioners shall take effectives steps for removal of encroachment within a period of three months from the date of passing of the order i.e. 03.10.2017.

(2) However, counsel for the petitioners submits that the appeal has been filed against the order dated 4.8.2017 passed by the competent officer for removing the encroachment and the appeal is likely to take two months' time for its conclusion and, therefore, he has prayed for further time to comply with the order dated 03.10.2017 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 1610 of 2017.

(3) Considering the submission made by counsel for the petitioners, prayer is allowed and further three months' time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to the petitioners -authority to comply with the order dated 03.10.2017 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 1610 of 2017. (4) The M.C.C. is accordingly disposed of.
