Heard on application for restoration of W.P.(S) No. 4335 of 2018. 2.

In aforesaid writ petition on 04/07/2018 three weeks' time was granted to the petitioners to remove the default. It was also mentioned that failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. Registry has dismissed the aforesaid writ petition on 22/01/2019. 3.

Counsel for the applicants submitted that now he is ready to remove the default within stipulated time.

4. This MCC is disposed of with the following directions :- (i) if the applicants remove the default within ten days from the date of this order, the writ petition shall stands restored to its original number.

(ii) if the default is not removed within ten days from today, this order shall have no effect.
