(2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the State would
submit that the same will be considered and decided by the Deputy Collector, Mungeli, expeditiously.
(3) In view of submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Deputy Collector, Mungeli is directed to proceed further with the matter and conclude the same expeditiously within a month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
