Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that petitioners land has been acquired by the respondent Municipal Corporation, Raipur for construction of road in lieu of which no compensation has been paid to them, for which they have also made representation before the
respondent authorities but it has not been considered and decided till date. 2.
Be that as it may, the Municipal Corporation is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioners' representation for grant of compensation expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioners would also be at liberty to make additional representation before the concerned authority, if any. 3.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions finally stand disposed of. No cost(s).
