1. By this petition, the petitioners, who are Part Time Sweepers, have prayed for direction to the respondent authorities to make payment of slaray/wages to the petitioners.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are regularly performing their duties since their appointment. However, the petitioners are not getting any salary for the period they have worked in the institution.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition at this stage is finally disposed of with a direction to the respondent-authority to pay salary to the petitioners for the period they have worked, as early as possible preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
