1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has in the present case is that the petitioner on completing 29 years of service took voluntary retirement w.e.f. 01.07.1989. According to the petitioner, he has received pension for a period of about one year and thereafter he has not received the same.

2. On a query being put as to the delay aspect, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had left the village and gone elsewhere and he has just come back home, therefore, he could not pursue the matter.

3. Be that as it may, if the petitioner is entitled for pension, subject to the petitioner fulfilling all requisite formalities for receiving the same, the petitioner's pension cannot be denied to him.

4. Let the petitioner approach respondents 2 to 4 and complete the requisite formalities what are required for further release of pension. On the petitioner's approaching respondents 2 to 4, let necessary steps be taken by respondents 2 to 4 for releasing the pension, if he is otherwise entitled, within an outer limit of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Needless to mention that the respondents shall process the case of the petitioner subject to all necessary verification and requisite formalities being completed by the petitioner. It is the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise respondents 2 to 4 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
