1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that although the petitioner has already joined at his original place of posting, pursuant to the impugned order, he has preferred this writ petition for the reason that the impugned order casts stigma on him, as the order has been passed on complaint.
2. By the impugned order, petitioner's attachment has been cancelled and he has been directed to join at the original place of posting. Although the order says that complaint have been received against the petitioner yet no
punitive action has been taken against him by the impugned order. The statement in the order that a complaint was received against the petitioner shall not amount to stigma.
