In view of the disclosure that in respect of the same crime number, the petitioner has already filed a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and interim order has been passed that no coercive steps be taken against the applicant, the present application for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that the applicant apprehends his arrest, is not maintainable. The application is therefore rejected without consideration on merits, with liberty to revive, in case, eventuality so arises.
