The present MCC has been filed by Applicant seeking modification of Order dated 22.2.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 366/2021. 2.

Learned Counsel for Applicant submits that the modification sought for is to the extent of the surname of Applicant/Petitioner as well as the address of Nonapplicant No.3/Respondent No.3 which have got wrongly been mentioned in the WPS No. 366/2021 so also in the order dated 22.2.2021 passed in the said Writ Petition. According to learned Counsel for Applicant, the actual name of Applicant is "Kailash Das Mahant" whereas it has got wrongly typed as "Kailash Das Manikpuri". Similarly, so far as the address of Non-applicant No.3 is concerned the same has also got wrongly typed as "Division Korba, District Korba (CG)" whereas the correct address is "Division Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (CG)". 3.

The modification sought for is not opposed by learned Counsel for State. 4.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the Order dated 22.2.2021 passed in W.P. (S) No. 366/2021 the name of Applicant shall be read as "Kailash Das Mahant" instead of "Kailash Das Manikpuri" as well as the address of Non-applicant No.3 shall also be read as "Division Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (CG)" instead of "Division Korba, District Korba (CG)".

Applicant is directed to appear before the Additional Registrar (Judicial) to carry out necessary amendments in this regard in the record of WPS No. 366/2021 and for which the Additional Registrar (Judicial) is directed to make available the record of the said Writ Petition for carrying out the necessary amendments by Applicant.

Let this order may also be made a part of Order dated 22.2.2021 passed in WPS No. 366/2021.
