Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 07.03.2019

1. The whole dispute, in the present writ petition, raised by the petitioner is non granting of the annual increment which the petitioner is entitled for 01.07.2015 onwards. The petitioner drew the attention of this order in Annexure (P-2) dated 05.01.2018 wherein it has been reflected that the petitioner's next increment was payable to him from 01.07.2015.

2. The petitioner makes a categorical statement that the petitioner has not been granted the benefit of increment from 01.07.2015 and as

such the petitioner is drawing less salary as compared to the other similarly placed persons in the department.

3. Given the limited grievance of the petitioner, let the case of the petitioner be scrutinized by the Respondents No. 3 & 4 and who in turn shall decide as to whether the petitioner is entitled for the annual increment from 01.07.2015 onwards or not and whether he has been paid the same or not. If, he is entitled for then necessary steps to be taken for the implementation of the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
