Shri Vipin Tiwari, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/04/2018 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner's claim for promotion has been considered and it has been found that he is not entitled to be promoted and his representation has been rejected vide order dated 02/04/2018 and thus, order of the Court stands complied with. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, would submit that there is no proper consideration on petitioner's claim for promotion. Irrespective of the merits of the case, having considered that the decision has been taken in the case of the petitioner, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter.
