Agrawal Order On Board 04/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the order dated 14.01.2015 before the appellate authority, which has not been considered and decided till now.

(2) Per contra, Mr. Arvind Shirvastava, learned counsel appearing

for the respondents No.2 & 3 would submit that though the appeal was proceed, but no formal order has been passed by the appellate authority.

(3) Be that as it may, the appellate authority is directed to hear the petitioner and pass reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
