Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay Agrawal Order On Board 30.04.2019

1. This Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 27.10.2005 by which, this Court has directed the parties to maintain the status-quo with regard to the suit property.

2. During the pendency of this petition, an affidavit has been filed by the respondent on 09.04.2019 in which, it has been mentioned at para 9 as under:-

9. That, so far as notice dated 05.04.2007 which was published by the respondent is concerned, it is respectfully submitted that the respondent has not transferred the land in dispute to any of the person and also not taken any consideration amount from anyone and land in dispute is still in the

name of answering respondent in the revenue records.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the respondent and in absence of any allegation made by the petitioner in this regard as well, I am not inclined to entertain this Contempt Petition.

4. The Contempt Petition is accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.
