Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have made a representation before the respondent authorities for refund of amount of bank guarantee invoked by respondent No. 2 but the said representation is pending consideration since 27.12.2017 and has not been considered and decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Since, the substantive representation is pending consideration, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent No. 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioners' representation expeditiously preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the concerned parties.

In case the petitioners are aggrieved with the order so passed by the respondent authorities, they would be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions finally stand disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
