(3) For non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 22.12.2014 passed by this Court, petitioner's petition was dismissed by the office vide Office note dated 27.01.2015.

(4) Considering the grounds taken in the application and

submission made by the petitioner, the Cr.M.P. No.420/2015 is allowed and the Cr.M.P. No.130/2014, which was dismissed for noncompliance of the court order dated 12.12.2014 is restored to its original number subject to compliance of this Court's order dated 22.12.2014 within three weeks.
