(2) The present batch of appeals have been preferred by the Municipal

Council, Manendragarh, challenging the judgment and decree passed by the Second Additional District Judge, Manendragarh, allowing the plaintiffs' suits for recovery of the amount which the respective plaintiffs have invested/spent in raising construction of Town Hall and supply of materials connected therewith, as the Contractors engaged by the Council.

(3) In all the appeals, respective applications for condonation of delay, have been filed.

(4) It appears the issue concerning condonation of delay has already been dealt with by this Court in First Appeal No.205/2017, First Appeal No. 193/2017, First Appeal No.194/2017 and First Appeal No.196/2017, which have been decided by a common detailed order dated 20.07.2017.

(4) Similar ground for condonation of delay has been raised in the present batch of petitions also. Therefore, the applications for condonation of delay preferred in the present batch of petitions also deserve to be and are hereby dismissed in terms of the order dated 20.07.2017 passed in FA No.205 of 2017 and other connected appeals.

(5) Consequently, all the appeals are dismissed.

(6) A copy of the order dated 20.07.2017 passed in FA No.205 of 2017 and other connected appeals, be made part of the record of the present appeals.
