Shri Sanjay Patel, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 04/05/2018 These petitions have been filed by the petitioners challenging their transfer order mainly on the ground that all of them have been transferred from respective places within few months only to accommodate some of the teachers who were transferred earlier but they were to be adjusted. 2.

Return of respondent No.2 states that the petitioners were to be transferred because the schools, where they were posted, have been closed. Affidavit in this regard has been filed and list of schools has also been filed.

Earlier, time was granted but no rejoinder has been filed. 4.

In view of apparent reasons regarding transfer of the petitioners, a clear statement of fact is that schools, where the petitioners are posted, have now been closed. Therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioners. All the petitions are accordingly dismissed.
