1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred thrice within a period of one year and two months. He would submit that the petitioner has complied two previous transfer orders by joining at the transferred place.
2. Considering the fact that the petitioner appears to have been subjected to frequent transfer as in the present impugned order he has been transferred from Municipal Council, Akaltara to Nagar Panchayat, Shivrinarayan and the petitioner is a Class-III employee, ends of justice would be served if the writ petition is disposed of with direction that in the event the petitioner prefers
representation within a period of one month from today before the Secretary of the concerned department, the said Secretary shall consider and decide petitioner's representation at the earliest.
3. Till the petitioner's representation is decided, the impugned order shall remain stayed in respect of the petitioner and he shall be allowed to continue at Municipal Council, Akaltara.
