1. The petitioner contends that the petitioner was appointed in the year 2010 as Lecturer Panchayat and subsequently the services of the petitioner were absorbed in the Education Department as Lecturer (L.B.). It is stated that as per the circular of the State dated 12.06.2006, the person who receives the award from the President or Governor would be entitled for two increments in the salary as per Annexure P-2. It is further contended that since the petitioner has completed 7 years of service, as such, he would also be entitled for time bound pay scale. It is further contended that certain deductions were made from the salary of the petitioner from July, 2017 to March, 2018, the said deduction being illegal that should also be made good and reimbursed the amount.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, at this stage,
prays that he has filed a request to the respondent No.2 on 30.04.2019 by Annexure P-4, the same may be directed to be decided within a stipulated time.
3. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, at this stage, since the petitioner only claims to adjudicate his right, it is directed that the respondent No.2 shall decide the claim of the petitioner including the averments of illegal deduction, which has been made in Annexure P-4 within a further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to file a fresh representation along with the copy of this order within a week.
