The transfer order dated 05.02.2018 is under challenge on the ground which do not relate to jurisdiction or malafide in the matter of transfer. No opportunity of hearing is required to be afforded. Therefore, in these circumstances, there are no exceptional ground to invoke jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India when the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing of statutory appeal under the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.

With the aforesaid liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 05.02.2018, the petition is dismissed.
