2. It is informed by learned State Counsel that the Departmental Enquiry under challenge in this petition has already culminated into a final order on 29.03.2017, removing the petitioner from the service.

3. In view of the above, let the petitioner prefer an appeal in accordance with the statutory provisions within a period of 30 days from today. If such appeal is preferred, the appellate authority shall decide the same within a period of 03 months from the date of its submission.
