The applicant has filed this instant MCC for restoration of Contempt Case No.1135/2019 which has been filed for registration of contempt proceedings against the respondents. The said contempt case has been dismissed on 03.02.2021 for want of prosecution. 3.

This Court is of the opinion that the applicant can file a fresh contempt petition for redressal of his grievance.
