Agrawal Order On Board 12/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Beltikiri, she has got the work done by constructing a New Primary School under the Rajeev Gandhi Shiksha Mission Scheme but in lieu of which respondents No.2

& 3 are not releasing payment till now and therefore direction may be issued to the said authorities to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondents No.2 & 3 are directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
