1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is senior to respondents 6 to 9, his case for promotion was not considered for promotion in the order of seniority and the persons junior to him were promoted. He submits that in this regard a representation was filed vide
Annexure P-4 dated 11.12.2019 which is pending consideration before respondent no.3, therefore, for the time being the same may be directed to be decided within a stipulated period taking into consideration the seniority of the petitioner.
2. Considering the nature of prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation/direction that the petitioner may file a fresh representation raising his grievance to respondent No.3 Commissioner, Raipur, within a period of 3 weeks and thereafter, the said representation shall be considered and decided within a further period of 90 days.
