1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to raise dispute under Section 32 of the Chhattisgarh Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 for redressal of grievance before the competent authority.
2. If such a grievance is raised before the competent authority within 30 days from today, the competent authority shall consider and dispose of the dispute expeditiously, in accordance with law.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
