The present MCC has been filed by Applicant seeking for extension of time for compliance of Order dated 2.12.2020 passed by this Court in WPS No. 4610/2020.

The direction given by this Court was for considering and deciding the claim of Petitioners/Non-applicants for grant of dependant employment and also for releasing of death cum retiral dues within a period of 90 days. 3.

Learned Counsel for Applicants submits that there are certain practical difficulties in compliance of the said Order within the stipulated period because of administrative exigencies and therefore they seek further 45 days' time with an assurance to comply with the Order positively within the said period.

In view of above, the present MCC at this juncture is disposed of granting the Applicants a further period of 45 days for compliance of the said Order and to ensure the compliance of the Order passed by this Court in its letter and spirit. 5.
