1. Heard.
2. In the present petition, it is contended that though the land of the petitioner was acquired and compensation was paid, but the rehabilitation grant on the basis of the notification dated 4.1.2017, which was published in an extraordinary gazette of Chhattisgarh, has not been given.
WPC No. 811 of 2019 It is further contended that the petitioner has made necessary representation to the concerned authorities, therefore, the authorities may be directed to decide the representation.
3. Without entering into the merits of the case, considering the limited prayer, it is directed that if the petitioner makes a fresh representation before the concerned Collector, the Collector may decide the same objectively within a period of 3 months.
