(2) This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.61/2015 registered at Police Station Dharsinva, Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 333, 364, 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 15.09.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4287/2015 and second bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 15.12.2015

passed in M.Cr.C. No.7377/2015.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain the third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. (5) Certified copy as per rules.
