Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 30/11/2015 (1) All these petitions involve common facts and common question of law and, as such, require consideration and disposal by the common order.

(2) Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that Food Corporation of India has taken a decision to reconsider the case of the petitioners on merits and pass a speaking & reasoned orders after reconsideration. (3) In view of the aforesaid submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of directing the respondents to reconsider the case of the petitioner

on merits and pass speaking & reasoned orders expeditiously. (4) In view of submissions of the parties, the writ petition are accordingly finally disposed of. However, it is directed the Food Corporation of India shall re-consider the petitioners' case expeditiously and communicate the result of consideration within 10 weeks from today to the petitioners.
