Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the FIR, as a counter blast to a complaint made against the complainant Sanjay Chandrakar against whom there is recommendation and recovery by the Lokpal has been ordered for. She further submits that on the date of incident as alleged, the petitioner was not present on the spot, which could be revealed by collection of the mobile location and call details. Therefore, the police may be directed to fairly investigate the involvement of the petitioner about the false accusation. It is submitted that the applications were also made to the Superintendent of Police, however, the same is unheard. 2.
Primarily it appears that the petition is filed to conduct the fair investigation by the police. It is but expected that the police is to
conduct the fair investigation and may also in the process may explore and investigate the call details so that the actual culprits can be brought to the books.
