1. The limited grievance, which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that though the 7th pay commission was made effective from 01.01.2016, but the petitioner has been granted the benefit of the same only from November, 2018 onwards, as such the petitioner is entitled for the arrears of the benefit of 7th pay commission for the period between 01.01.2016 to October, 2018.
2. The petitioner in this regard has already made a representation and the respondent No.3 has already processed the same and has also done the necessary calculation, but till date it has not been
-2implemented and the benefit of which has not been released to the petitioner.
3. Given the said facts, let the respondents No.2 & 3 take a decision on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to appraise the respondents No.2 & 3, so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
