1. Heard.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was working as Driver since 2008 under the establishment of Public Works Department, Ambikapur however till date the petitioner has not been regularized despite the fact that he has rendered more than 10 years of service. The limited prayer of the petitioner is that the petitioner's representation for regularization of service may be considered.
3. Considering the limited prayer made and since the petitioner has already made representations on 04.09.2017 and 23.09.2016, the petitioner is given a liberty to file a fresh representation to Respondent No. 2 & 3 within a period of 3 weeks from today. If such representation is filed Respondents No. 2 & 3 shall decide the representation of the petitioner for regularization within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
