(1) In compliance of order dated 10.12.2015 passed by this Court in W.P. (S) No.1422/2015, the petitioner was reinstated in service by order dated 29.12.2015 passed by the contemnor. Thereafter, he was again suspended by order dated 25.05.2016, against which instant contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 10.12.2015 passed by this Court in W.P. (S) No.1422/2015.

(2) Order dated 10.12.2015 has already been complied with and if he has again been placed under suspension, it is a fresh

cause of action and, therefore, in my opinion, the instant contempt case has no force.

(3) Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued is discharged.
