Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage would submit that reply to the show cause notice dated 6/02/2021 (Annexure P-1) has been filed, therefore he may be allowed to pursue his remedy before the said forum and in case the cause of action arises in future, he may be allowed to avail the appropriate remedy available to him under the law.

In view of such submission, I am not inclined to deliberate on this issue which is been agitated by this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3.
