We have heard the learned counsel for the Appellant, who is the writ Petitioner.

The Petitioner was appointed on compassionate grounds. That order of appointment required that the Petitioner had to pass typewriting lower in Hindi within a particular time limit. He did not satisfy that condition. Therefore, the impugned action was taken him. The Learned Single Judge refused to interfere stating reasons which are in accordance with law. We see that the appointment itself was made on compassionate grounds. It is conditional on the different clauses which include the acquisition of a particular qualification of typewriting lower in Hindi within a particular time limit.

With the aforesaid fact situation, Learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks leave to withdraw this writ appeal.

The writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
