This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.57/2015, registered at Police Station Rajadevri, Distt. Baloda Bazar (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 392 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. 2.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground/change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application therefore, third bail application is rejected. However, trial Court concerned is directed to expedite the trial.
