Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 02.06.2016 passed by the respondent No.2 transferring the petitioner from the post of Range Assistant, Kopro, Range Salhewara to In-charge, Flying Squad, Khairagarh, Divisional Forest Office, Khairagarh.

The law so far as the transfer in course of service is concerned, is well settled by various judgments regularly passed by the Apex Court as well as by the various High Courts. The transfer is an incidence of service and in case, the employee is facing inconvenience, all that he can do is to raise appropriate representation before the authorities concerned for redressal of the grievance and inconvenience. 3.
In the aforesaid background, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the same deserves to be rejected. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to move an appropriate representation before the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievances and inconveniences.
